[Meeting] Strategic kick-off talk

Summary: Known benchmarks seem to be important for the IR people. The molach dataset is a set of audio-interviews with vicitims of the 3rd Reich. It contains also a set interviews of Dutch interviews which noboy played around with yet. Djoerd submitted a benchmark result for a Clef-Track. Here it not seems to be important to be really faster than the others, but to participate and earn recognition from it.

In order to get me networked with other IR people I should attend the Clef-Workshop from 20th-22nd of September - for that we will have to submit a paper DEADLINE August 15th. I should at least write the section "Future work" where should describe the current idea of my path through the jungle of IR-HMI-jungle...
